Plug & Play Streaming sells media hardware devices and related accessories. Products are sold as hardware only.
By purchasing a device from Plug & Play Streaming, you acknowledge and agree that the purchase is for the physical device and included accessories only.
No Programming Or Service Included
Plug & Play Streaming does not sell, provide, install, activate, host, distribute, or guarantee access to programming, copyrighted works, or paid services.
No purchase includes permission or authorization to access copyrighted material without approval from the applicable rights holder or service provider.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for using all purchased products lawfully and for obtaining any required permissions or accounts for services they choose to use.
Customers agree not to use any product purchased from Plug & Play Streaming to access, copy, stream, distribute, or otherwise use copyrighted material without authorization.
Internet Requirements
Device performance depends on the quality and reliability of your internet connection.
Plug & Play Streaming is not responsible for issues caused by slow internet speeds, network congestion, Wi-Fi interference, router configuration, internet service outages, cellular hotspot limitations, data caps, or throttling.
Returns And Warranty Claims
Issues unrelated to a verified hardware defect are not grounds for a warranty claim, refund, return, or product exchange.
Warranty coverage applies only to eligible device hardware as described in our Warranty & Return Policy.
Marketing Materials
Advertisements, product pages, images, videos, and demonstrations are intended to describe device hardware, included accessories, setup, and support.
Marketing materials should not be interpreted as a promise of access to any copyrighted material or paid service.
Limitation Of Responsibility
Plug & Play Streaming shall not be liable for customer misuse, unauthorized access to copyrighted material, internet service issues, customer network configuration, or services not provided by Plug & Play Streaming.
