Getting started with your device

Plug & Play Streaming devices are designed for simple home setup. Use this page as a quick overview before or after your order arrives.

What comes in the box?

Your package typically includes the media device, remote, HDMI cable, and power adapter. Some models may also include a printed quick-start guide.

Basic setup steps

1. Connect the device to your TV using the included HDMI cable.
2. Connect the power adapter and turn on your TV.
3. Select the correct HDMI input on your TV.
4. Connect the device to your home internet using Wi-Fi or Ethernet, depending on your setup.
5. Use the included remote to navigate the device interface.

Internet tips

A strong, stable internet connection is important. If possible, keep the device close to your router or use Ethernet on supported models for a more reliable connection.

One device per TV

Each TV needs its own device if you want to use multiple televisions at the same time.
