Warranty & Return Policy
One-Year Limited Hardware Warranty
Plug & Play Streaming provides a one-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
If a device experiences a hardware failure during the warranty period, Plug & Play Streaming may, at its discretion, repair the device, replace the device, or provide a comparable replacement device.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, fire damage, power surges, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, software configuration issues, internet service provider issues, customer network or router issues, user error, misuse, remote controls, power adapters, or HDMI cables.
Remote controls, power adapters, and HDMI cables are considered accessories and are not covered under any warranty, expressed or implied.
Returns
Devices may be returned within 30 days of delivery only if they are unopened, unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.
Products that have been opened, used, altered, damaged, or are missing accessories are not eligible for return unless the return is due to a verified hardware defect covered under warranty.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a verified defect or shipping error.
Non-Returnable Issues
Internet speed issues, network configuration issues, customer setup preferences, customer misuse, or items and services not sold by Plug & Play Streaming are not considered defects and are not grounds for return.
Warranty Claims
To initiate a warranty claim, email warranty@plugandplaystreaming.com with your order number, device MAC address, device serial number, description of issue, and photos or videos if requested.
The MAC address and serial number are required to verify warranty eligibility and warranty status.
