Shipping Policy

Plug & Play Streaming offers free standard ground shipping on device orders and ships physical media streaming hardware devices using available carrier services.

Free Ground Shipping

Standard ground shipping is included at no additional charge on eligible device orders. If additional or expedited shipping options are offered later, those options may have separate pricing displayed at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed as quickly as possible based on inventory, order volume, payment verification, and normal business operations. Processing times may vary during weekends, holidays, product launches, or periods of high demand.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent through Shopify to the email address used at checkout. Please allow time for carrier tracking systems to update after a label is created.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Plug & Play Streaming is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Delivery Issues

Once a package is accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery timing and tracking updates are controlled by the carrier. If tracking shows a delivery issue, please contact the carrier first and then contact us if additional order information is needed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Plug & Play Streaming is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier but reported missing, stolen, or misplaced after delivery. Customers should check with household members, neighbors, building offices, and the carrier for delivery confirmation.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents and contact us as soon as possible. Photos may be required to help review the issue with the carrier.
