Do I need internet?
Yes. These devices are designed to work with your existing home internet connection. Faster and more stable internet generally creates a smoother experience.
Do I need one device per TV?
Yes. Each TV needs its own device if you want to use Plug & Play Streaming on multiple televisions at the same time.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Plug & Play Streaming offers free standard ground shipping on device orders.
How fast does it ship?
Shipping timing depends on inventory and carrier service. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information through Shopify.
What warranty do we provide?
Plug & Play Streaming provides a one-year warranty on eligible devices. Warranty questions and claims can be sent to warranty@plugandplaystreaming.com.
